She has experience in chart auditing and excellent customer service skills. Currently, she is creating a customer service training that will be engaging, entertaining, and educational. Upon completion of the program, you and your staff will be prepared to offer your patients the greatest office experience and keep them coming back for years. She offers mentorships to clinical staff to help practices overcome the daily challenges of the market and the ever-evolving needs of patients.

She has held several leadership roles in the hospital setting from Medical Staff, Material Management, Business Office Liason, Administrative Assistant, and Health Information and Coding.
