Valerie Carter, CEO of Ambulatory Services and Development

Has an extensive background of 30+ years in ambulatory development in which she has strategically planned, developed, and implemented business strategies to build new medical practices and expand existing practices. She has experience in financial affairs of medical practices including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, timely reporting of performance data, along with accurate billing and credentialing services. As a consultant, Ms. Carter acts as a liaison for medical practices in coordinating dealings with legal counsel, accountants, consultants, and other advisors. Ms. Carter has a strong background in staff development, credentialing, billing and performance evaluations of staff. She oversees the overall management and coordination of medical practice activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. Through the years she has built excellent relationships with providers and many organizations by providing open lines of communication.

Director of Clinical Operations
 is a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience. She has a history of facility compliance with federal and state governing bodies. She has experience in chart auditing and excellent customer service skills. Currently, she is creating a customer service training that will be engaging, entertaining, and educational. Upon completion of the program, you and your staff will be prepared to offer your patients the greatest office experience and keep them coming back for years. She offers mentorships to clinical staff to help practices overcome the daily challenges of the market and the ever-evolving needs of patients.

Billing & Collection Specialist
 has over 25-years combined experience. With an enhanced background in claim auditing in physician and hospital billing. Our team begins by identifying the unique and specific needs of our clients followed by goal setting and appropriate measurable action plans. Our clients see a significant increase in reimbursements and/or receivable performance through our program, although no guarantees can be made.

Bookkeeping & Accounting Specialist
 has over 15 years combined experience. They can handle the bookkeeping of your business. The accounting experience ranges from healthcare, oil and gas, restaurants and retail stores to small business. They will handle QuickBooks implementation, ongoing bookkeeping, and maintenance of accounting records. The team will prepare your reports such as financial statements for your CPA.

Senior Credentialing Specialist
 has over 14 years in healthcare facilities. She has held several leadership roles in the hospital setting from Medical Staff, Material Management, Business Office Liason, Administrative Assistant, and Health Information and Coding. She has helped multiple facilities pass their Joint Commission surveys.
